RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery method will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have expressly agreed to bear those costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases in which an exception provided by applicable law applies, including, where applicable, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized goods and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
